• Products sold at Moodfood are warranted for defects
• For customers buying online, please check the products carefully before accepting them and pay on delivery.
• In case after receiving the goods and using them, you discover a defect inside the products that was not detectable by external senses beforehand, please take a photo of the products and send it to Moonfood via Email: nguyenanhdaide@ gmail.com or Send a direct message to Moodfood’s Fanpage.
Moonfood still warrants for defects within 12 hours from the time you receive the goods. After 12 hours, Moonfood does not guarantee the products.
